Event Day Schedule:
12:00 p.m.- Participants arrive at the Mahogany Beach Club to check in

12:45 p.m.- Welcome and Safety Announcements
1:00 p.m.- Polar Dip Begins! (Participants will be divided into heats of 25 people, and will be taken outside in your heat, to prevent participants from waiting outside for too long.)
2:00 p.m.- Last participants take the plunge!
2:15 p.m.- Prizes distribution in the Beach Club Banquet Hall
2:45 p.m.- Final Thank You's and Wrap Up
3:00 p.m.- Help us with clean up if you'd like!
There will be a livestream of the event playing on a TV in the Banquet Hall. Children and friends can watch here if it is too cold outside.
